Step into an evening designed to gently open the door to your inner wisdom. In this 2-hour immersive workshop, we gather at the beautiful Sanctuary Yoga Studio to explore the deeper landscapes of the self through ritual, movement, and creative expression.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and a fragrant Jasmine tea ceremony, inviting the heart to soften and the mind to settle into presence. From this serene space, you’ll be guided into intuitive movement and dance, allowing your body to speak its truth in fluid, authentic expression.

To further awaken the inner voice, we’ll transition into an art outlet, giving shape and color to what wants to be seen, felt, and understood. Gentle breathwork weaves through the experience, supporting release, clarity, and deeper connection.
